If you win a voucher you will land on page that has the message shown below. The email containing your voucher is triggered immediately, sometimes the system can take a few minutes. If your voucher is not in your inbox check your junk folder. If your voucher hasn’t arrived in an hour please contact us using the form on our home page and we will resend it. DO NOT SUBMIT ANOTHER VOUCHER REQUEST FOR THE SAME ANIMAL.

Your voucher is eligible to be used immediately and expires on the date shown on the voucher in the format YYYY-MM-DD. Typically the veterinary clinics we work with have availability approximately one week out.

Yes, as long as you meet all eligibility requirements. Each voucher is only valid for the animal listed on it.

It is recommended females are spayed prior to neutering males if both are ready for surgery.

The voucher covers one spay/neuter surgery at standard cost at the veterinary clinic you selected on your request. Any conditions or complications that the vet must charge extra for, those costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Grant and donation funding is sporadic and lotteries are occur shortly after funding is received. We post in the Facebook group local to the area we are targeting at least 24 hours prior to each lottery with the information needed. Lottery timing(s) is based on when funding is received.

We appreciate all the efforts people and groups put in to help animals in need and treat the symptoms that have been created by irresponsible ownership or limited access to veterinary care. The intent of this initiative is to prevent accidental breeding occurrences and reduce the number of these animals so these groups are no longer overwhelmed. We hope to achieve this by creating a spay or neuter opportunity for locals who typically would not be motivated or able to afford to spay or neuter their pet.

When you donate you will receive an email that will include our EIN and 501c3 registered name, please check your junk folder also. If you do not receive an email contact us and we will provide you with the information.

When lottery is sponsored, person or business will get to choose where the lottery is advertised. They will also be placed in the ‘grantors, partners and sponsors’ section on our website (if desired). Sponsored lotteries should offer no less than ten dog vouchers OR 15 cat vouchers at a time if recognition on the website desired. Please contact us for more information on current spay/neuter prices for an accurate quote. Multiple parties can sponsor a lottery.
