• You must be the owner of the dog the voucher will spay or neuter.​

• Your dog must be at least 6 months old at the time of voucher request.​

​​

• Your dog cannot be pregnant or nursing puppies at the time of voucher request. Veterinarians require puppies to be weaned at least 4 weeks prior to surgery.

• Household income must be less than $40,000 per year.

​

• Limit of one voucher per animal.

​
